Not Your Usual

In 2022 Whyte & Mackay re-launched Glayva with a new logo and brand mark. World Headquarters led the advertising and website overhaul along with our colleagues at WEAVE.

Our campaign, Not Your Usual, refreshes the 75 year-old brand with a contemporary proposition designed to intrigue a new, younger audience into trial and purchase, both on and off trade.

We developed a fresh, playful and dreamy tone of voice across multiple executions which seek to address the three brand pillars of Phonics, Feelings and Flavours.

Many thanks go to our wonderful creative production partners. We teamed up with the brilliant gang at O Street to deliver the fantastic visuals, working with striking footage by world-renowned video artist Roman de Giuli.

The original music was composed and performed by our regular musical maestro David 'Dog' Mackay.

A brand new website was designed in collaboration with ValleyGal and Webhive Digital, featuring beautiful new packshots shot by legendary lensman Allan Myles, and styled by the ever-so-tasteful Amanda Heath.

Two murals were commissioned via Tactical Media, one in Edinburgh and one in Glasgow. Artwork for both was overseen by Thomas Paints.

"World Headquarters led the creative as part of a highly collaborative team with Think ALT and Whyte & Mackay on our major relaunch of the Glayva Liqueur brand. They're amongst the best creative agencies I've worked with. They listened to our brief and delivered fully against it. Their experience inspires confidence, their ideas generate excitement and their attention to detail in execution is second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend them."
